I’m Teresa, an Energy Therapy Practitioner and Instructor.

For much of my life, I shaped my world through what I could understand and accomplish. I built a successful corporate career in marketing and leadership, raised a family, and became highly skilled at doing - planning, solving, achieving, and moving on to whatever came next. I lived in motion, never pausing to listen for the quieter whispers of the soul.

I trusted my thinking mind. And although I often had a spiritual or personal‑development book or podcast nearby, energy healing wasn’t part of my world - until I experienced it directly.

The Day The Earth Rippled and The Crows Came

Those moments opened a doorway into a new reality, and my desire to explore higher levels of consciousness carried me forward.

Over time, exploration became study, study became practice, and practice became a calling to support others.

I immersed myself in meditation, group intention experiments, channeling, psychoacoustic consciousness exploration, ultrasonic brain synchronization, and many approaches to energy healing. I became an Integrated Energy Therapy® Master Instructor, Reiki Master, and Access Bars® practitioner. Each modality expanded my understanding and taught me to listen intuitively to the body and the subtle field within and around us.

As I deepened into energy work, my inner world shifted. Old wounds softened. My intuition strengthened. My relationship with myself changed. The need to interpret everything through the mind gave way to direct experience, mystery, and Spirit.

The woman who had built her life around striving and achievement began learning a different way of being - how to listen, receive, and be guided. Teachings about stillness and surrender finally landed and I began to understand them through lived experience. Releasing the illusion of personal will and drive opened a doorway, and I found myself shaking hands with the Divine.

Eventually, my path led me to The Four Winds Society and an apprenticeship in Shamanic Energy Medicine. Through study, practice, case studies, and sacred initiatory rites, I deepened my relationship with the natural world, archetypal energies, intuition, Spirit, and the responsibility of holding healing space for another person - a journey that ultimately led me to complete advanced training and become a Master Practitioner of Shamanic Energy Medicine.

I never set out to become an energy practitioner - and certainly didn’t imagine I would one day teach others how to work with energy. Yet the more I experienced, learned, and transformed, the more I felt called to share what had been given to me.

Today, I work as both practitioner and instructor through private sessions, group experiences, and practitioner training. My practice draws from Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy®, Access Bars®, chakra and energy‑field work, and Shamanic Energy Medicine, offered in person and remotely around the world.

My understanding of the concept of healing has evolved as I have.

I meet people as whole beings - each carrying their own wisdom, experiences, and inner knowing. My role is to hold space for that remembrance.

My work isn’t for everyone. It tends to resonate with those who already sense there is more - seekers, questioners, people committed to their spiritual path and ready to claim the sovereign, infinite power that is theirs to experience.

This is the work I continue to do for myself. 

And it is the space I am honoured to hold for others.
