Hello! I’m Teresa, an Energy Therapy Practitioner and Instructor. 

I work with the subtle energy systems of the body, helping old patterns loosen their grip so your natural flow can return. Through Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy®, Access Bars®, and shamanic energy medicine practices, I hold a field where the body remembers how to soften, release, and reorganize itself.

Part of my journey has been to learn that healing isn’t about fixing what is broken. It’s about creating a space where your system no longer feels the need to brace.

When the body feels safe, the mind quiets. 

When the mind quiets, the deeper layers begin to unwind. 

When the layers unwind, the energy that once felt dense or stuck begins to move again.

Beneath all the efforting, managing, and holding-it-all-together, your original essence waits — steady, luminous, and whole. 

It is my honour to help you return to that place.

I am currently deepening my training with The Four Winds Society, working toward certification as a Master Practitioner of Shamanic Energy Medicine. This earth‑honouring lineage, rooted in the Luminous Energy Field and ancestral ways of restoring balance, has expanded my capacity to track energy, hold ceremony, and support transformation at the soul level. These teachings are woven through everything I offer, bringing precision, reverence, and depth to the healing space.
