The Group Integrated Energy Therapy session was exactly what I needed. Life has been a lot lately, and I’ve had some difficulty managing things, but during the session I could feel a shift. Every time Terri guided us by saying, ‘I’m here now, doing this,’ it matched what I was already experiencing in myself—it felt so aligned. Since then, things have started falling into place, and I do believe the session helped me move forward. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and deeply supported. It truly was a good one and it seemed easier for me to attend since it was held remotely and I could just relax in my own space.

I really loved the session. Even though I was a little preoccupied beforehand, as soon as I laid down my whole body began buzzing and tingling with energy — even hearing ‘zing’ sounds around my ears and an incredible energetic "pop" around my hip. The energy moved powerfully and intuitively, sometimes in completely different areas than were being spoken about. As the session unfolded, deep realizations surfaced about old regrets, self-judgments, and patterns from my childhood that I hadn’t fully connected before. I felt safe, guided, and felt your intentions were clear. It was a profound and beautiful experience — thank you so much!”

I participated in the group Integrated Energy Therapy session online. Throughout the session, I felt energy moving strongly through my body, especially out of my left foot, which felt like a release. Even with distractions around me, your words and guidance kept bringing me back to focus. It was a fascinating experience and left me curious to explore one-on-one sessions as well. 

I had my first experience with Integrated Energy Therapy®. I am fairly familiar with energy therapy but this one was a new one for me. The session was very relaxing, and it was interesting the things that came up throughout the session. I would recommend giving this a try if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed and just out of sorts.

Before the group distant Integrated Energy Therapy®  session, I was navigating an incredibly challenging chapter—coping with a painful separation, stepping away from my job, and facing tension with family members as I worked to establish firmer boundaries. On the day of the treatment, I was overwhelmed with anger and emotion. My body initially resisted the process, manifesting discomfort in my head and shoulders. But as the session progressed, a sense of calm began to wash over me, and I felt a deep connection with the Archangels as Teresa gently guided the energy.

After the session, I broke down in tears and spent the rest of the day processing everything that had surfaced. By evening, a wave of peace and stillness settled over me. This kind of healing isn’t always gentle—especially when you're in the thick of transformation—but it’s profoundly effective. It allowed me to release buried emotions and shift stagnant energy that had been holding me back. Teresa, your gift is extraordinary. Thank you for guiding me through such a deeply needed release.

Thank you so much for including me in your distant Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®) group session. Almost immediately, I felt a tingling sensation across my head—and sure enough, Teresa later shared she’d been working on the crown chakra. Waves of tingling continued throughout the session, accompanied by vivid swirls of purple and green, blending like spilled ink in my mind’s eye.

To my surprise, I kept drifting into sleep, even though I wasn’t tired. It was a clear sign of how deeply the healing reached. When I finally woke, I felt refreshed and grounded, with a renewed sense of well-being. I’d been battling a head cold all week, and afterward, I felt noticeably better.

Being in Teresa’s energy field feels like stepping into a space where awareness and consciousness naturally expand.

I had no idea what to expect during my first Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®) session. At the time, I was mostly unaware of anything beyond the physical body. The session itself felt calming, but afterward, I came home feeling drained and irritable—I just wanted to be alone.

Then came the next morning.

Still sluggish, I wandered into the kitchen to start my usual Sunday routine. Out of nowhere, lyrics from a long-forgotten song popped into my head. I grabbed my speaker and played it. One song led to another, and suddenly I was dancing, singing, laughing—tears streaming down my face. I hadn’t felt that free in years. It was as if I’d reawakened a part of myself I didn’t realize had gone quiet.

That moment cracked something open in me. I felt wild, alive, and deeply healed. It marked the beginning of a new chapter—one filled with wonder and a growing curiosity: What is this energy, and how does it work?

My first Integrated Energy Therapy® session with Teresa was powerful. I felt emotions and physical sensations I’d never encountered before.  But Teresa gently guided me through the integration process, and within days, everything began to shift. I felt lighter, clearer, and more at peace than I had in years.

Since then, I’ve become a regular client. Each session brings a renewed sense of wellness, and I always look forward to the next. Teresa’s work continues to support my healing in ways I never imagined.

I had my first Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®) session recently. I found it to be very relaxing and I felt very at peace after. I look forward to continuing the treatments to see what we can clear.

I absolutely loved the remote group session! I felt so deeply relaxed — cozy, calm, and completely at ease. Throughout the experience, I had all sorts of sensations depending on which part of the body and which angel was being worked with. I also saw many beautiful colors!

Before Angel Celestina, I felt as though I was floating on a turquoise cloud. During Celestina’s energy, I saw a red, Merlot-colored triangle over my third eye that gradually transformed into lines. With support, it shifted into a deep, divine purple accompanied by lovely scents.

When Angel Faith came in, I saw lavender light, then reds and pinks above my left shoulder before you mentioned moving to the right — I could already feel the shift happening! I also saw greens and blues in that area.

With Angel Cassiel, I felt completely blissed out until the work moved to my spleen, where I felt a twinge of pain and saw green.

During Angel Sarah’s portion, I heard a soft sizzling sound around my adrenals and heart.

When the focus moved to the liver area (I believe this was with Angel Daniel), I saw grey-brown energy begin to clear. By the time you reached the right side, I became aware of tenderness near my right kidney and adrenal area. Then I drifted into total relaxation — and eventually fell asleep!

Overall, the session was amazing. I felt so peaceful and supported. Thank you so much for this beautiful experience!

I had my first experience with Integrated Energy Therapy® and was completely convinced this is what I need and part of my healing practice. Terri is very knowledgeable in the practice she is offering and is easy to connect with. Looking forward to my next appointment.
