I am endlessly curious about what we are beyond everything we have been conditioned to believe.

We learn to look outward for answers, validation and direction, rather than listening to the quiet wisdom within and beneath it all.  We build identities around who we think we are and who we believe we need to become. 

After a while, these identities become old, and we know there's something more. 

It is often in the searching for something more, that people find energy work, which for many, can be a doorway into different states of perception.

My own experiences with energy work are one of the ways I have accessed visions, journeys and expansive states beyond the ordinary senses. 

In those moments, the familiar borders of “me”  soften and sometimes disappear altogether.  There is an extraordinary sense of being connected to something much larger than the personality or identity I normally experience as myself.

These experiences have left me deeply curious about consciousness and about what becomes available when our mind quiets and attachment to who we think we are begins to loosen.

That is why this work exists.

To create space for direct experience - for the noise to quiet, the familiar perceptions to soften, and something beyond the thinking mind to be experienced.
